Upon inception, artist Keith Haring first rendered the drawing on location upon the wall paper of the Parisian
residence located at 73 Rue du Château d'Eau 75010 Paris, France in the year 1989. Haring, signed, dated,
trademarked and annotated the location: Paris. The artwork was transferred with full ownership rights to Mr.
Natan Hercberg in 1990 by the apartment owner. The 1990 acquisition of the artwork by Mr Hercberg was
witnessed in full by the conservator hired and paid in full by Mr. Hercberg to remove the wall paper from the
walls, and to conserve and mount the paper panels in frames for exhibition.
